During the research, the characteristics of strategic planning implemented in practice were compared with the elements of the “reference” process described by experts. Results: when studying the content of the real process of developing the BS of resident companies, it was found that entrepreneurs (owners/managers of resident companies) are largely focused on markets with guaranteed sales opportunities (mainly within the framework of participation in regional economic programs). Another feature of the BS developed by entrepreneurs is the focus on price competition; when forming the product portfolio and developing the FS, the IP managers ignore the opinions of external experts and a significant part of the available analytical data. The results obtained are discussed from the point of view of the advantages of IP organization based on PPP, which allows using analytical data, as well as the strategic planning skills of well-trained employees of management bodies.

Some institutional aspects of economic integration

Keywords: institutional system, economic integration, agriculture, rural territories, integration processes, cooperation processes, indicators, agricultural products.

Purpose: to study the institutional aspects of economic integration. Discussion: in recent years, agriculture has become the most important branch of the national economy, creating the main development drives. At the same time, there is, firstly, the instability of agricultural growth both by periods (2005 – 2020), and by territories, as well as by various segments (branches, sub-branches and sectors of agriculture). In this regard, there is doubt that the growth, which was set by agriculture in the second half of the 2010 s. will be prolonged without noticeable structural and technological changes. An attempt to solve this problem through active technical and technological modernization, as well as the creation of new logistics communications, apparently, will not give the expected result without an adequate change in the organizational and institutional components of agriculture. Results: we consider the development of integration processes in the countryside to be an important aspect of the development of agriculture. This is not only about the development and deepening of integration in agriculture itself, but also in related sectors and branches of the national economy, as well as in the countryside – in the system of municipal development.
