Si Fuyuan, Van Si A new theory of qualitative productivity in the context of Marx’s economic theory Keywords: qualitative productivity, economic theory, alienation of labor, digital capitalism, human capital, classical Marxism, Marxist theory, qualitative growth. Annotation. Purpose: to develop a new theory of qualitative productivity within the framework of Marx’s economic theory, relevant in the context of labor transformation under the influence of digital technologies and post-industrial economic models. Discussion: the necessity of rethinking classical Marxist categories such as labor, value and alienation through the prism of qualitative aspects is substantiated. The research methodology is based on a dialectical analysis of Marx’s writings, modern interpretations of his theory, as well as empirical data on the transformation of labor in the digital age. New forms of exploitation are considered, such as the appropriation of intellectual products, cognitive and emotional alienation, as well as the role of the platform economy in the redistribution of surplus value. Results: the conclusion is formed that high-quality productivity cannot be fully realized within the framework of the capitalist system, where the alienation of the employee from the results of labor persists. It is shown that creative and intellectual labor, despite generating high value, continues to be exploited through the mechanisms of corporate control and patent law. The discussion emphasizes that the transition to high-quality productivity requires systemic changes: the democratization of production management, a review of property relations and a focus on the public good. |

Zhao Anran Enterprise boundary reconfiguration in digital transformation – integrated theoretical model based on synergistic asset specificity Keywords: enterprise boundaries, SAC, algorithmic technologies, transaction costs, platform economy, digital technologies, development of digitalization, key competencies. Annotation. Purpose: to substantiate the relevance of the theory of specific asset complementarity (SAC) in the context of digital transformation. Discussion: the need for flexible adaptation to the demands of the modern market and the widespread use of algorithms in the activities of modern companies leads to a significant transformation of traditional theories. The innovative nature of the study lies in the proposal of the theory of «specific asset complementarity», which reveals a synergistic mechanism by which the specificity (unique applicability) and complementarity (mutual complementarity) of assets form a closed cycle, ensuring a nonlinear expansion of boundaries. Results: short-term equilibrium is determined by the balance of transaction and management costs, long-term development of the company is stimulated by the synergistic effect of combining specificity-complementarity, the use of algorithmic technologies increases the elasticity of the company’s boundaries by reducing coordination costs. SAC theory not only provides an analytical basis for studying modern business models, but also offers new approaches to antitrust regulation and data governance, combining theoretical depth with practical applicability in the context of digital transformation. |

A.A. Churekov Strategizing the innovative development of companies in the industrial cluster Keywords: cluster, strategizing, innovative development, management methodologies, industrial cluster, economic and innovative opportunities, innovation initiative, cluster theory. Annotation. Purpose: to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the methodology of innovation development strategization by industrial cluster companies and to improve the methodology of management and development of industrial cluster companies. Discussion: the changing geopolitical situation in the world has contributed to a change in both long-term and short-term strategies for the innovative development of companies in the industrial sector due to their reorientation towards creating solutions for domestic production due to the introduction of unilateral economic measures by Western countries and the need for import substitution. The ultimate goal of strategizing the innovative development of companies in the industrial sector is to ensure both technological and information technology sovereignty of the Russian Federation in the long term by creating unique domestic solutions and developments. Results: it is revealed that clusters can potentially have a greater impact and the reasons for the current state of cluster activity are indicated. The methods of analyzing the economic development and economic and innovative opportunities of the companies that make up the cluster were considered. A unified system of innovation initiative indicators has been formed, which is based on the theory of increasing the productivity of a cluster company and their interrelationships with functional areas have been identified. |

N.A. Sheveleva, N.YU. Titova Directions for improving the climate regulation system to reduce the carbon footprint of oil and gas companies Keywords: carbon footprint, climate regulation, greenhouse gases, oil and gas companies, GHG emissions, climate projects, emissions management, energy efficiency improvement. Annotation. Purpose: to identify the main development vectors and tools for optimizing carbon regulation. Discussion: The carbon footprint is a multi-component indicator that depends not only on the absolute mass of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions of a company, but also on what organizational boundaries are set, the scope for determining these emissions, which categories of direct and indirect GHG emissions are subject to accounting, which also depends on the volume of products produced. Despite the fact that the carbon footprint, as a specific indicator, is the most informative when comparing similar companies in terms of climate parameters, managing this indicator is time-consuming, requires a large number of influencing factors to be taken into account uniformly for all analyzed companies, and in fact is not carried out in full, with a large number of reservations and assumptions. Results: an analysis of the existing practices of public administration, accounting, calculation, reporting, and GHG emission reduction of oil and gas companies in Russia and abroad has identified possible areas for the development of regulatory climate practices at the national and corporate levels that will ensure the low-carbon development of oil and gas companies. |

O.O. Shlyakhova, V.A. Kirij Economic assessment of the effectiveness of planning and forecasting the maintenance of retail equipment in the machine learning loop Keywords: economic assessment, work efficiency, retail, quality of services, cost reduction, repair, budget, expenses, equipment, breakdown, retail, failure analysis, machine learning, random forest, forecasting. Annotation. Purpose: retail with its stores and warehouses is highly susceptible to equipment failures, which leads to massive food spoilage, reputational and material losses. Effective maintenance planning and resource allocation depends on early detection of possible malfunctions and accurate forecasting of equipment replacement dates. Discussion: The main method of ensuring operational stability, limiting failures and improving preventive maintenance processes is fault analysis. Results: this study analyzes equipment failures and makes a forecast of breakdowns for the coming year using the «Random Forest» machine learning method based on the Python language. A set of data on equipment failures for 2024, provided by a major Russian retailer, was taken for analysis. When making a forecast, the program divides the types of breakdowns into specified clusters, which helps identify similar groups of breakdowns. Next, the data is divided into a training and a test sample and the random forest classifier is trained to predict failures. This data can help companies reduce failure rates and improve overall operational efficiency through the use of statistical analysis, machine learning, and optimization strategies. |

E.SH. Shtanchaeva Strategies for increasing companies’ revenue through optimizing sales processes Keywords: sales analytics, revenue, customer path, cognitive loop, optimization, behavioral modeling, sales, strategies. Annotation. Purpose: the objective is to substantiate and structure strategies for increasing company revenue based on a profound transformation of sales processes, with an emphasis on their adaptability, analytical controllability, and customer-centric orientation. The discussion unfolds as a critical assessment of traditional approaches to revenue growth, which are predominantly focused on extensive expansion; it underscores the necessity of shifting toward flexible managerial frameworks embedded into the operational “fabric” of commercial units. The object of the study is sales processes as a systemic mechanism for revenue generation, where cognitive, technological, and behavioral variables converge – each amenable to targeted optimization. The results: demonstrate that stable revenue growth is attainable only when a sales system is operationalized and capable of self-adjustment. The key directions of such optimization are characterized as follows: reconfiguration of client interaction architecture, integration of analytics into deal management, mechanisms of micro-segmentation and personalized offerings, reduction of transactional losses, rethinking of KPIs and incentive structures for the sales team, and digitalization of feedback loops. An original vision of a structured cycle for implementing the cognitive loop is presented, positioned as a mechanism for continuous revenue growth without relying on extensive expansion. |
