Keywords: sustainable development, staff turnover, labor productivity, staff rotation, corporate behavior, dismissal, business, employees, personal management.

Purpose: to consider the impact of employee turnover on labor productivity and sustainable business development. Discussion: Staff turnover is one of the key and painful problems for any organization. A high rate of staff turnover does not allow the formation of a permanent and well-coordinated team, does not contribute to its sustainable development. Results: Four models were built in the article: a Pearson criterion evaluation model, two ARDL models with different lag values, and an OLS model. The variables were: the dependent variable – private investment (PI) and the explanatory variables – public investment (GI), total investment (AI), gross domestic product (GDP), number of projects (Q), conclusions were drawn about the policy of financing and participation of the state and private investors in infrastructure projects.

Structure of production strategy in industrial organizations

Keywords: production strategy, industrial organization, structure, activity of competitors, marketing needs, competitors, product, integration.

Purpose: to present the structure of the production strategy in industrial organizations. Discussion: Operations strategy improvement activities are an action plan in which an organization invests to improve its structure and infrastructure. Activities are often seen as “ready to wear” sets of structural and infrastructural issues. The organization selects these activities in order to build the manufacturing capabilities needed by the market. Results: The traditional concept of competitive priorities as the main means of practical implementation is the basis of the production strategy. After all, operational competence is the degree of consistency between the importance attached to a particular ability and the strength of the organization in relation to competitive priorities. The strategy development approach places a strong emphasis on strategic integration, in particular the link between production and marketing. Most of these organizations do not have any clear operational strategy, so it is important to have a structure in place and implement a path to implement it.
