Marketing in ethological tourism: issues of participation in the promotion of the territory
Keywords: wine tourism, oenological tourism, territory, marketing, promotion, consumers, territorial brand, country potential.
Annotation.
Purpose: to study the role of oenological (wine) tourism in the marketing of the territory promotion, the formation of its image and brand, attractive to the attracted visitors. Discussion: currently, the popularity of gastronomic tourism has grown, which is typical for the regions of Russia. Wine tourism is an integral part of gastronomic tourism and in some cases is an independent element of attracting consumers to the territory. It participates in the formation of the image and brand of the territory, which mediates interest in its activation. Countries with extensive vineyards are dominant players in the world wine market. Russia ranks 19th in terms of this area. Russians prefer domestic wines, which stimulates interest in the marketing of wine destinations. Results: it is advisable not to build a territorial brand around wine production and popularization of wine tourism, but to integrate this area (within the framework of territorial marketing) into the general concept of promoting the region, which involves the participation of oenological tourism as a sub-brand in the regional brand. Wine tourism should be linked to the history and culture of the territory, the exchange of experience and its popularization as an attractive place to visit for a number of reasons, one of which, enhancing the emotional component, will be wine tourism. This circumstance will allow it to become a full-fledged soft power in promoting and strengthening its brand.

Socio-economic determinants of the reproduction of cumulative human resources of russian research sphere
Keywords: researchers, human resources, science, population income, regions of Russia, postgraduate studies, determinants, financing.
Annotation.
Purpose: to identify current patterns of reproduction of the human resources potential of Russian science by regions of Russia. At the same time, they are compared with the processes in foreign countries and cross-country patterns. Discussion: it should be noted that 2022 was a landmark year in terms of stopping the quantitative decline in research potential and encouraging in terms of a significant increase in graduate school admission. Cross-regional analysis of the number and age structure of researchers in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation demonstrated a fairly confident positive dependence of the number and share of researchers in the regions on the income of the population of these regions; however, a large contribution to the manifestation of this dependence is made by Moscow and St. Petersburg, where about 40% of the country’s research potential is concentrated. A significant decrease in the share of researchers over 40 years of age in the population was revealed compared to the share of those under 40 years of age. An assumption is made about the prevailing role of the size of the research “population” in the regions in attracting young people to science and the high importance of the standard of living of scientists for securing their position in this field. Results: It is shown that the well-being of the inhabitants of the countries of the world is a significant, but not the only factor in increasing the human resource potential of science. At the same time, based on comparative assessments, it was revealed that most of both developed and the most significant developing countries of the world have significantly strengthened the human resource potential of science since the beginning of the current century, while in Russia there was a significant decrease. It is shown that to a large extent the level of saturation of human resources of the initial stage of the career of qualified researchers – postgraduate studies – is determined by the share of young people in the population of the age cohort of 25-29 years.

Keywords: adaptation, challenge, Arctic, region, Russia, strategy, measure, sanction, pandemic.
Annotation.
Purpose: to identify the features of adaptation of enterprises in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation to the spread of coronavirus infection and sanctions restrictions of Western countries. Discussion: based on the application of theoretical and empirical research methods, options for adaptation of enterprises operating in the Arctic regions of the country are presented, as well as public policy instruments aimed at overcoming the threats that have arisen. In particular, based on the results of the expert interview, it was determined that in the Arctic regions of the country, in the studied organizations that chose any adaptation strategy, with the exception of the avoidance strategy, mainly processes related to digitalization and maintaining the health of human resources for determining the corona crisis took place. The main measures for the adaptation of large enterprises to the sanctions imposed by the European Union countries were actions aimed at import substitution and reorientation to “Asian” sales markets. Some enterprises were forced to suspend the activities of the entire enterprise or individual areas for a certain period. Results: for the “survival” of small enterprises, measures of state support are proposed, mainly implemented through financial and tax instruments. Despite this, a high proportion of small and micro enterprises were forced to cease operations, and the “survivors” began to seek additional funding, such as grants, to maintain their operations.

Using a spatial-network approach to organizing regional economic space: possibilities of practical application
Keywords: spatial economy, regional economy, economic space, spatial development, spatial network approach, strategy, cluster, modernization.
Annotation.
Purpose: to systematize and select conceptual models of the organization of economic space based on the use of a spatial network approach, relevant and in demand for use in solving the problem of searching for internal reserves to accelerate economic growth and social development. Discussion: on the one hand, economic growth should be based on the use of absolute competitive advantages mediated by the economic and geographical localization of the region, and on the other – relative advantages, which include the rational organization of economic space, the territorial layout of the nodal structures of the supporting urban framework, as well as the localization of productive forces. Solving the problems of uniform, depolarized spatial development involves the concentration of economic resources in cities, and then – through the formation and organization of the functioning of a special infrastructure for the transit of developing impulses to the periphery – the translation of growth-forming factors and quanta into the “deep layers” of economic space. Result: a study of the prospects for the practical implementation of the ideas of the spatial network approach and the network of the economic space, as well as the elements of deductive knowledge are formulated.

Keywords: economy, region, regional policy, socio-economic development, implementation mechanism, territorial development, socio-economic differentiation, organizational network approaches.
Annotation.
Purpose: to substantiate and formulate scientific and methodological provisions allowing to develop new and improve existing mechanisms for implementing regional socio-economic policy. Discussion: the article shows that the phenomenon of interregional socio-economic differentiation determines the specification of model mechanisms for implementing the corresponding subfederal development policy: on the one hand, incentive mechanisms are needed to “pull up” lagging territories to the median and developed entities, on the other hand, approaches and models for stabilizing sustainable growth and development with timely “stopping” of negative phenomena and processes that slow down the socio-economic dynamics of the leaders are in demand. Results: we see the solution to the problem of modernizing and improving the mechanisms for implementing regional socio-economic policy in the context of interregional differentiation in the use of organizational and network approaches based on the selective paradigm of regional development. Such approaches allow us to ensure the targeting and regulatory uniformity of regional socio-economic policy measures, and to bring its effective nature to each territorial taxon in the regions. The article may be useful to all scientists and management workers studying the concept and engaged in the practical implementation of the imperatives of regional socio-economic policy.

Keywords: marketing, universities, online platforms, cooperation, competition, relationships, consumer, education, students.
Annotation.
Purpose: to clarify the focus of marketing activities by universities that coexist and compete with educational digital formats. Discussion: Universities in the educational market coexist with various formats, the most successful of which is the educational digital platform. Such educational digital platforms actively compete with universities in the DPO segment and provide educational services to university students who request applied competencies. University marketing has ceased to be transactional, associated with the first stage of interaction with target audiences – recruitment for training. Result: the intensity of interaction with consumers should be evenly distributed from the stage of attraction and admission to higher education to other stages, including training, selection and consumption of vocational training programs, obtaining a second higher education and vocational training courses after graduation. Joining collaborations with online educational platforms and constant interaction with consumers who are already receiving an educational product will allow universities to be successful on the basis of full-fledged implementation of marketing activity in the format of a relational paradigm.

Impact of regional economic strategy on Chinese households
Keywords: regional economy, development strategies, regions, households, income, population, economic strategy, environment.
Annotation.
Purpose: to study the influence of regional strategy on household development in China. Discussion: At present, economic science shows great interest in the economy of organizations, regions and states. This is manifested at two main levels of the economy: macroeconomics (studying the economy of states and regions) and microeconomics (studying the economy of organizations). The local economy certainly plays an important role: the well-being of the population depends on the functioning of individual enterprises and the state as a whole. Prospects for the implementation of the «one belt, one road» initiative for the development of foreign economic activity of the people’s republic of china in Russia
Keywords: small enterprises, medium enterprises, SMEs, foreign trade, China, technology adoption, growth rate, inflation.
Annotation.
Purpose: to study the prospects for the development of foreign economic activity of the People’s Republic of China in Russia. Discussion: Chinese innovative SMEs are constantly looking for promising foreign markets to sell their products and implement their own technologies. The emphasis on domestic demand as a result of the “dual circulation” policy proclaimed by the Chinese leadership in 2020 did not mean a decrease in attention to foreign markets. This course was largely aimed at eliminating the imbalance between the domestic and foreign markets in favor of the former. Results: the foreign market still remains a priority, although without its absolutism. It should also be noted that China is diversifying exports, reducing the supply of finished products from low-tech industries and increasing the competitiveness of its products in medium- and high-tech industries.

Keywords: sanctions, global market, domestic market, export, import, supply chains, pulp and paper products, forestry complex.
Annotation.
Purpose: to analyze the conditions and factors of the post-sanction reversal and regional diffusion of export commodity flows of forest and pulp and paper products in the forest industry sector of the Russian Federation (FIC). Discussion: globalization and the tight coupling of industry markets of individual countries indicate large-scale losses from the 2020 lockdowns and the subsequent sanctions, which will increase the shortage of commodity supply in the global economy. For the forest industry complex of Russia, the most pressing issue is the redistribution of export commodity flows to the southeast towards the Asian and Chinese markets. Results: it is substantiated that the targeted development of the FIC should be based on the formation of a new balance of sales in the domestic and foreign markets, taking into account the uncontrollable risks of a decrease in the market sustainability of the export development model, the closure of EU markets, as well as logistical restrictions and increased costs of shipments within the framework of the southeastern vector of diversification of industry exports.

Keywords: consumer types, psychographic segmentation, alternative products, food products, behavior drivers, communication channels, marketing communications, competition.
Annotation.
Purpose: to study the types of consumers of alternative food products, taking into account the characteristics that determine the main incentives or perceived advantages when choosing a product, in order to develop an effective communication marketing strategy, correlated according to three characteristics: type of consumer – communication channel – type of marketing message. Discussion: Against the backdrop of increasing competition in the food market, which presents alternative products, along with constantly changing consumer preferences, a multidimensional approach has not been defined that takes into account the various factors influencing consumer decisions. For this reason, we can talk about a lack of understanding and prediction of consumer behavior, incorrect detection of factors that determine behavior. Results: to successfully overcome this gap, it is necessary to analyze potential consumers in order to divide them into types, detect the main values that determine the drivers for making a purchase and, based on the analysis of identified motives, develop an effective marketing communication strategy that will allow, taking into account the main aspects of consumer behavior, to optimize the interaction process with identified types of consumers.
